硫酸铜制备方法
Preparation of Copper Sulfate
一般使用废铜料溶于加入氧化剂(如10%的过氧化氢溶液)的稀硫酸,然后除去铁等杂质重结晶精制,可以得到大量纯度高的硫酸铜。实验室使用的硫酸铜一般为购买所得,也可以用废弃的铜化合物溶于硫酸后精制。
Usually, copper scrap is dissolved in dilute sulfuric acid with oxidant (such as 10% hydrogen peroxide solution) and then purified by recrystallization after removing impurities such as iron, a large amount of high purity copper sulfate can be obtained. The copper sulphate used in laboratory is usually purchased, and can be refined by dissolving waste copper compounds in sulphuric acid.
电解液回收法废电解液(含Cu50~60g/L,H2SO4180~200g/L)与经焙烧处理的铜泥制成细铜粉进行反应,反应液分离沉降后清液经冷却结晶、分离、干燥从而制得硫酸铜成品。
The waste electrolyte (containing Cu50-60g/L and H2SO4180-200g/L) of electrolyte recovery method reacts with the roasted copper mud to make fine copper powder. After the reaction liquid is separated and settled, the clear liquid is cooled, crystallized, separated and dried to produce the finished product of copper sulfate.
